Update of the two ex-witches in Uganda
Kalina and Awor were saved in our last crusade in Uganda. We are amazed what God is doing in these two lives. They have left their old ways and don’t want to be named ex-witches anymore. We are looking after them closely and ministered to them very much. They have confessed a lot of horrible stuff and been cleansed by the blood of Jesus. These two women were feared in the whole area, but now they go to church and are taught in the way of the LORD. They are now able to socialise with people in public places like the market place etc, which they have never done before. Their lives are totally getting transformed day by day. We have helped them with food as they made their living in the past by witchcraft and have no income at all now. Their feared home, which nobody dared to approach in the past has become a meeting place for fellowship. The news has now spread almost everywhere that these two ladies have become Christians and people praise God for that.
Deliverance Ministry
This past month David has ministered a lot of deliverance to many people. It was amazing to witness how many evil spirits left and demonic strongholds were destroyed. However, the load is becoming too heavy for David and we have now started to teach and mentor others to do this job. God-willing we will have a GAM Deliverance Team in the future as the need is vast everywhere.
Female Genetical Mutilation in Uganda
We are HUGELY sad and heavy-hearted of what is going on in some parts of the East in Uganda. They cut girls and women like animals. It’s a wicked and demonic practice which has been going on for a long time. They think it’s a positive procedure which is deeply rooted in tradition, but it’s obviously totally against the Bible. These females suffer excruciating pains, short- and long-term in body and also mentally. These traumatic cuttings impact their entire life. Many girls are crossing over the border to Kenya as refugees because of the fear of forced genital cutting. This is a huge battle and we have started to combat this tradition. This is not only costly financially, but in many other ways too. Please pray for us! We need God’s supernatural help! Only HE can help us to pave the way for a break-through. We will update you at a later stage with more details as we are at the very beginning with this huge project. The LORD revealed to us about this matter before we even knew that this is going on. After investigating we discovered that this is literally happening. It doesn’t please God and HE wants us to do something about it. Humanly speaking it seems impossible to change anything, but we look up to the ONE who can do everything!
Bicycles make a huge difference for pastors
Five out of our nine pastors in Uganda, had to walk for miles to church and back with their whole family including small children in any kind of weather. The sacrifice was big and sometimes they came late. We have now been able to buy five, second-hand bicycles for these five pastors. These are special bicycles with three seats, so they can get their family to church and back home in two journeys each way.
