John the shopkeeper got saved
A few months ago on the way to the bank David started to chat to a shopkeeper John who was standing in front of his shop. He clearly explained the gospel to John who listened carefully. Often when David passed by his shop he popped in to give him material to read and to witness further. The interest increased. We took John to church, which he has attended now for a few months. Then one day, Praise God—David met up with John in his shop and he repented of his sin and gave his life to Jesus. Immediately after that he said: „I feel I‘m a new person and I feel so much better!“ (see video report to hear his own words) Please pray for him as he is growing in the Lord.

Teenage SonRise Youth Camp
We have never seen any camp where they have put so much effort in to adapt to the teaching theme which was ‘The Biggest Battle Field – The mind’. Activities and decoration was blended in with much thought. It was The Church, Meadow Way Chapel’s 20th Anniversary of SonRise Camp with 45 campers. On the last night after the meeting a teenage boy came to David moved with deep emotions, saying your talks have deeply affected and helped me and I want to do this. He then prayed with David and gave his life to Jesus – Praise God!
Late that night when we asked our boys (Caleb + Jadon) what they liked best of the day, both answered: “Daddy’s meeting J” They were so happy to hear that a teenager gave his life to Jesus. They said: “Now that boy is a Christian and can take the communion in church” 🙂 Both prayed for him.
Street healing
David and one of his friends prayed for people in the middle of Peterborough. There was one man who had a back ache for two years and after David prayed for his back all the pain left him instantly and he was puzzled. He got up from his sitting position and tried out movements which normally hurt and he couldn’t feel any pain. After that he listened as David explained that God loved him so much and cares for his back, however He is even much more interested in saving his soul which is forever and they explained the gospel to him (see video report).
Just a few minutes after that David and his friend approached a man at an AA-stand who had pain in his back, hips and ankle. He also suffered from depression. David prayed and got him to test it out and all the pain was gone and he felt a real lightness coming on him, which is an indication that the depression issue could be dealt with too (of course we would only know for sure in months to come on that one). But we praised God that all the pain left him.
David and Donna also saw a few other ‘part healings’ over the last few weeks.
